Terms & Conditions

1.1. Students must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid learner's license before starting practical lessons.

1.2. Enrollment fees must be paid in full before commencing training.

2.1. Training schedules will be set according to the availability of instructors and students.

2.2. Any missed classes must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.

3.1. Students must follow all traffic rules and instructor guidelines during training.

3.2. Abusive behavior, misconduct, or reckless driving may result in termination without a refund.

4.1. Fees once paid are non-refundable except in cases of unavoidable circumstances, subject to management approval.

4.2. Cancellations must be informed in writing at least 3 days before the course start date.

5.1. Abhinav Motor Driving School is not liable for any accidents or damages that occur outside training sessions.

5.2. Students must take responsibility for their personal belongings during training.

6.1. A course completion certificate will be provided only upon successful completion of all training modules.

6.2. Certification does not guarantee a driving license; students must pass the government's driving test.
